Recipes to enjoy the benefits of turmeric
- ¼ tsp. turmeric
- 1 or 2 cups water
- Boil the water, add the turmeric and boil for 10 more minutes.
- Consume the remedy cooled down.
Turmeric and oil
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- Heat the mix a bit in a saucepan. Don’t leave it to boil. Drink it warm.
You can also add this mixture to curry, soup or anything else.
