This delicious and amazing tea will improve the function of your thyroid gland.

Ingredients:

  • 7 cups water
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. ginger

Preparation:

            Boil the water and then add the cranberry juice. Switch the heat on to low. Afterwards, add the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, mix well and let it cook for 20 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool down on room temperature.

Next, add the orange and lemon juice while mixing. Finally, add ice and enjoy this fresh tea!
